Members of Women of Grace Apostolate on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to the Bishop of Oyo Diocese, His Lordship Most Rev Dr Emmanuel Badejo.
While fielding questions from the press, the founder, Dr (Mrs)Josephine gbeka, described the organisation as a Catholic Apostolate outreach to give women life in abundance; with the sole aim of totally transforming the woman in her dignity and vocation as daughters of the living God.
They believe that women of grace promote the dignity of women, which is the gift of true womanhood as exemplified by the Blessed Virgin Mary, she said.
Dr Igbeka further asserted that this clarion call is very necessary so as to transform the world from its present corrosion of moral standard.
Bishop Badejo promised to support the organisation in her activities.
He charged them to always put God first in all they do and emulate Mother Mary because she represents a perfect standard of womanhood in all ramifications.
He further urged Christians all over the world to use this period of lent and the year of Mercy declared by the Holy Father to return to God who is ever ready to accept us back to himself.
